DROP OFF/PICK UP

GCPA is located in a public building without direct vision to the front entrance. Parents maintain the responsibility of dropping off and picking up students from inside the GCPA studios. Students under the age of 10 will not be permitted to leave the classroom at the end of the day without an authorized adult signing them out of the classroom.

Students may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of camp (8:50am for all camps) and picked up no later than 10 minutes after the end of camp (3:10pm for camps ending at 3pm and 4:10pm for camps ending at 4pm). Students needing to arrive earlier or stay later than this 10 minute window may register for Early and Late Camps (see below).

EARLY AND LATE CAMPS

We are excited to offer Early and Late Camps for families who need alternative pick up times! These camps will involve creative play, crafts, movies, and other fun activities. Campers are also welcome to bring activities of their own. Early and Late Camps are available for students ages 5+ over all ten weeks of summer programming!* Sign up in advance online for full weeks of Early and Late Camps, or pay per day a la carte as needed. A la carte payment not available online. Please email kpirrie@gcpastl.org to arrange a la carte registration and payment.

BOTH Early and Late Camps - $65 per week
Early Camp Only - $30 per week
Late Camp Only - $45 per week

A la carte BOTH Early and Late Camps - $20 per day
A la carte Early Camp Only - $10 per day
A la carte Late Camp Only - $15 per day

*Due to the constraints of the theatre performance space at Villa Duchesne, Late Camp will NOT be available for Peter Pan Jr. actors for the second week of each production camp - June 10th-14th, July 22nd-26th, and July 29th-August 2nd. Early Camp will be available for both weeks of Peter Pan Jr., and Late Camp will be available for the first week of each camp.

LUNCH/SNACK

Morning and Afternoon camps should expect 1 snack break. Full day camps (or 2 half day camps) should expect 2 snack breaks and a lunch break.

Students are expected to bring their own food and beverage (including a full water bottle).  Food should not need refrigeration or reheating. GCPA has limited snacks, including chips, cookies and fruit snacks for $1 as well as a water dispenser to refill bottles, as needed.

ALLERGIES/MEDICATIONS

If students take regular medicines or have any food allergies, they are to be reported to the staff before the first day of camp. At GCPA, we want to be respectful and vigilant of all student needs, and will do so to the best of our ability.

At the end of each session, students will present a Final Class Demonstration to show the skills and repertoire they have learned throughout their course. This is not intended to be a polished production-level performance, but rather an opportunity to show what has been learned and to grow from the opportunity to perform for an audience. Family and friends are invited to attend all Finale Camp Demonstrations. Demonstrations take place at our Webster location. A more detailed schedule of these demonstrations will be communicated on Thursday of each camp.
