CAMP COSTS & SCHEDULE
All camps are scheduled in half days and run 9am - 12:15pm (Morning) and 12:45pm - 4pm (Afternoon). Campers may register for a Morning and an Afternoon camp and stay for a supervised lunch period (12:15pm-12:45pm) at no extra cost. All half day camps cost $200.
GCPA ACCOUNT
All students must create an account to register for GCPA programming. There may be one account per family representing multiple students. Accounts must be created before registration may be completed.

REGISTRATION & CONVENIENCE FEES
GCPA charges a nonrefundable registration fee of $30 for the first student and $15 per additional student per year, due upon first registration. Registration fees are charged on a Fall-Spring-Summer cycle and renew June 1st of each year. Accounts are automatically charged the fee the first session enrolled during that cycle.
Patrons are also charged a Convenience Fee per transaction which covers the cost of processing. Credit Card convenience fees are 2.26% plus $0.30. Bank Account ACH convenience fees are .8%.
WITHDRAWALS
All transfer and withdrawal requests require a CHANGE REQUEST FORM. CLICK HERE for the form. Students may transfer to another camp up to 2 weeks prior to the start date at no additional no charge, subject to availability. Withdrawals less than 2 week prior to the start of camp are subject to a $25 withdrawal fee.
Withdrawals are permitted for a full refund (less the registration fee) 3 weeks prior to your camp start date. Withdrawals are permitted with a 50% refund (less the registration fee) 2 weeks prior to your camp date. Withdrawals 2 week sor less from your camp date are non-refundable and non-transferable to credit or program transfer.
Cancellations
GCPA may cancel a camp due to low enrollment. Low enrollment camps will be notified 14 days prior to the first day that their camp is low enrollment. Camps will be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the first day. Enrolled students will be offered the opportunity to transfer to an appropriate camp or receive a full refund for the class tuition. Registration fee is only refundable if the cancelled camp is the only class/production/camp the student is registered for within the previous 12 months.
We are excited to offer this option for families who need an extended camp day due to pick up and drop off time constraints. These camps will involve play, crafts, movies, and other fun activities. Campers are also welcome to bring activities of their own. Early and Late Camps are available for students ages 5+ for programming at our Webster Groves studios. Spend the fullest day possible soaking up all the GCPA fun you can this summer!

Early and Late Camp is not available off-site for Frozen and The Lightning Thief over weeks when those camps work in the theatre instead of GCPA Studios in Webster Groves.
Broadway is full of awesome musicals geared towards kids! Join us this week as we venture into the world of Broadway, exploring shows like Annie, The Sound of Music, Matilda, School of Rock, Peter Pan and so much more! Learn about dance, acting, singing and play some awesome games along the way in this kid friendly sampler of the Great Broadway!

Broadway is full of furry friends! Join us as we explore the world of theatre through the eyes of some of our favorite animal stars. From Lion King and Madagascar, to Tarzan and 101 Dalmatians, campers will embrace their wild side as they learn songs and dances from popular animal-centric shows.

Step into a world of grand adventure at Royalty Academy! Campers will explore enchanting stories featuring legendary royalty. From the elegance and power of the royal court to the fun - and even mischief! - of their kingdom subjects, dive into the most iconic songs, scenes, and dances from beloved musicals like Anastasia, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Cinderella, and more! Channeling grace, courage and ambition in timeless theatre tales, campers will leave Royalty Academy with new musical talents and unforgettable memories.

Get ready to dance, sing, and shine when you step into the colorful, musical world of the Trolls movie series! Campers will explore the best songs, scenes, and dances from Trolls, Trolls World Tour, and beyond, all while celebrating the power of friendship, fun, and self-expression. Perfect for kids who love to sing, dance, and celebrate the magic of being unique, Troll Tales will leave campers feel empowered, joyful, and ready to keep spreading positivity just like their favorite Trolls!

Whether you're flying high with Peter Pan, journeying through the woods with Little Red, or falling down the rabbit hole with Alice, every camper will have the chance to shine in their own storybook adventure!

Where the world of musicals meets the world of magic! This camp is all about bringing the enchantment of Broadway, diving into iconic songs, scenes, and choreography from magical shows like Harry Potter, Matilda, Frozen and more. Whether you're flying through the air with Elphaba, battling monsters with Percy Jackson, or conjuring up your own Broadway magic, this camp will spark your imagination and build your performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.

From auditions to curtain, young performers will experience the entire process of putting on a fully staged show. Hone your singing, dancing, and acting skills, learn about staging, sound, lights, set, and costumes, and put it all together in a full-scale production. There is no audition required! Casting will take place within the first week of rehearsal. As part of the process, actors will receive audition training and practice!
