LIMITED SPOTS ARE NOW OPEN TO CURRENT AND PREVIOUS GCPA STUDENTS AGED 13 - 18!

GCPA is planning a trip to New York City for CrAFT Development and College students. We are now opening the remaining spots to any GCPA student aged 13 - 18, by audition only. Students applying for the New York Trip may also apply for early admittance into CrAFT 23/24, but that is not a requirement to attend the Summer 2023 New York trip. TRIP INFORMATION:

This trip will be focused on education (including up to four workshops/master classes) but will also include time being exposed to the city and Broadway. The exact details of the trip will be finalized once we have a complete roster – but please see below for a sample breakdown of cost and itinerary.

GCPA Students will have the opportunity to go on a trip to NYC. During this 4 day, 3 night trip, CrAFT students will attend 3 Master Classes with Broadway Artists Alliance and an additional dance class at either Broadway Dance Center or Steps on Broadway. In addition, we will attend one Broadway show with the potential of a talk-back/backstage tour (this is subject to availability). In addition, there will be scheduled “Free Time” for students to choose their activity – whether that be another Broadway show, more dance classes, or exploring other neighborhoods in the city.

All details are subject to change.

- We will attempt to replace your student’s spot in the hotel room, workshops, and Broadway performance. If that is not possible, a refund for that portion may not be available or given at a percentage rate.

CHAPERONES
GCPA Founders will be attending as chaperones and mentors. We would also like additional parent chaperones. Chaperones will help keep everyone organized and accounted for as well as be an adult presence when groups split up for free time. Cost for Chaperones is $1,200 and includes everything listed above except for the workshops and master classes (based on two chaperones per room).

 SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS

The cost is based on the following:

Students: 4 to a room

Roommates will be determined once we have a complete list of participants and we will make sure everyone feels comfortable with their assignments.
