Private Lessons at GCPA

Many of our talented teaching staff are available for private vocal and instrumental music, dance, and acting instruction.  One-on-one coaching will accelerate your growth and provide custom-tailored approaches to help you enhance your skills, refine your technique, and exceed your performance goals. Private lessons are also valuable to help you prepare for specific auditions and performance opportunities.  

Lessons are scheduled individually based on the availability of the student and the instructor.  Lessons start at 30 minutes and may be increased by 15-minute intervals at the discretion of the student and teacher.  We welcome one-time lessons for preparation for specific events such as an audition or a performance.  GCPA recommends students wishing to pursue more concentrated study to commit to at least six lessons to build a relationship with the instructor and begin to see development.

Our voice studios are currently full. New voice students will be placed on a waitlist upon completing our intake form below and will be paired with instructors on a first-come, first-served basis as space becomes available.

Dance private lessons are based on availability. A staff member will follow up if a teacher's availability matches with a student.

RECITALS & RECITAL FEE 

GCPA offers two voice recitals per year, one in the fall and one in the spring. This is a valuable opportunity to showcase what students are learning and to perform solo for an audience! Students participating pay a $35 recital fee. Recital dates are TBD and will be scheduled per semester through your instructor.
