If you answered "yes," the Weekend Walk-In Series is for you! 

Join GCPA on one or more Friday evening this Spring! This low-commitment series will provide class time in a variety of disciplines taught by rotating industry professionals. One Friday may focus on Musical Theatre Dance Technique, the next on Song Interpretation and the next on Resume Building.  We are kicking off this series with the one-and-only Lara Teeter, and more amazing artists will be partnering with GCPA and working with our students. Keep an eye on our website for the most current list of classes and instructors.

Unless otherwise listed, classes are open to students in grades 6th - 12th and taught as an Open Level Class.  Instructors will teach to the skill level of each of the students in attendance. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Pre-registration is recommended but not required.

*This is a special opportunity for students in Grades 11th & 12th to receive feedback on song and monologue choices they are considering for college auditions, as well as ask questions and receive coaching on what materials to use and how to prepare for college auditions. "What should I expect from the college audition process? What should I prepare and bring? What type of training should I be considering as I make choices about my major and courses?" Lara Teeter will answer these questions and more! Students should bring 1-2 song selections of 16-32 bars AND/OR 1-2 1-minute monologue selections which they are considering. If students do not have selections prepared, they are still welcome to come ask questions and observe critiques. The first hour of class is reserved for students only to work on their selections and ask questions. The last half hour of class will be open to parents for additional Q&A.
